The Architectural Review Committee, or ARC. Its purpose is to encourage and promote good development that is related to the setting and established character of Laurelwood. Approving a new or existing landscape plan or ensuring a home addition meets Laurelwood standards is just a snapshot of the ARC's responsibilities. This group of diligent homeowners ensures that the community bylaws are adhered to by all Laurelwood residents.
